In order to identify the driver, members are requested to verify driver's driving licence and photograph when the driver reports for duty.

Members are requested to make direct payment to the driver as per rates given below:
a) Cars upto 2000 CC: Rs. 300/- for 8 hours duty within the station (1hrs.for lunch break).
b) Cars Above 2000 CC: Rs. 400/- for 8 hours duty within the station (1hrs. for lunch break).
c) Overtime will be paid @ Rs. 30/- per hour for cars upto 2000 CC and Rs. 40/ per hrs.
above 2000 CC.
d) Duty at NOIDA would entail Rs.50/- as added charges to cover conveyance for the driver.
e) Rs. 75/- will be paid to the driver as conveyance if called before 8 AM or relieved after 8 pm.
Rs. 100/- will be paid if relieved after 11.00 pm.

NOTE - Members please note that your request for casual driver will be entertained in future only after you have returned this performance slip duly filled in and signed.

Terms and Conditions for Casual Driver

1. AAUI will in no case be responsible for damage/losses to the member's vehicle or
accident, if caused.
2. The AAUI has fixed daily charges to be directly paid to the driver as specified above.
3. The Casual Drivers are not the employees of the AAUI. After verification, their names are kept on roster to help the members.
4. Though the AAUI does its best in selecting experienced drivers, the service is provided
entirely at the member's risk.
5. Please check the licence number & photograph of the driver deputed before permitting
the individual to drive.
6. Please do fill in the slip & hand over the same to the driver for onward submission to the AAUI. (It is a 'MUST')

Note: No driver will continue to perform the duty beyond the specific day(s) as mentioned in this letter. If any member continues to engage the driver beyond the specified days as per his/her requisition, no future request from him/her for a casual driver will be entertained.
